   #   General Terms and Conditions of Sale  

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern distance sales between the company **SARL MARIA** (90 boulevard des Belges, 76000 Rouen — SIRET 829 819 812 00019), hereinafter "the Seller", and any person making a purchase on the site, hereinafter "the Customer". Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

## 1. Products

The products offered are Black Forest cuckoo clocks from the Hönes and Engstler manufacturers, as well as spare parts. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity, notably due to the artisanal manufacture of each piece.

## 2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges specified before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect on the day of the order.

## 3. Order

The Customer validates their order after verifying its details. The sale is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of prior dispute, stock shortage, or legitimate reason.

## 4. Payment

Payment is made online by the means offered at the time of the order (credit card, PayPal, and other displayed solutions). Payments are secure. The order is processed only after effective receipt of payment.

## 5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer, in France and according to the zones specified at the time of order, via carrier. Delivery times are given as an indication. The Customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any damage to the carrier and the Seller.

## 6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the individual Customer has a period of **fourteen (14) days** from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. Refund is made within 14 days following the recovery of the products or proof of their shipment.

## 7. Legal warranties and manufacturer’s warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 and following of the Civil Code). Movements also benefit from a **2-year manufacturer’s warranty**. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear nor damage resulting from improper use.

## 8. After-sales service

For any claim, the Customer can contact the Seller by email at support@humantocomputer.com or by phone at 02 78 77 57 29. After-sales service and original spare parts are available.

## 9. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer can use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute. \[Mediator contact details to be completed.\]

## 10. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
